It is always said that you become what you think. How you imagine your life would be.. Wishing to have a happy life wont make a difference.. But the thoughts you feed in your brains will. So is overthinking a good thing or a bad??

Overthinking about anything be it positive or negative makes the situation worst. You ENTER in your own cluster where in you are the one creating a situation where in you create your own obstacles and find a solution to escape.  As we all know life is like two faces of a coin. We end up creating imaginary faces in our subconscious by over thinking.

Why can’t we just let go what bothers us ? Why can’t we just be at peace with ourselves.? Why do we always have to be cribbing about things we can’t change?

This is where overthinking fucks your brains. When we desperately want something or someone and we end up losing it, we do not accept the fact that it wasn’t meant to be, instead we end up questioning our self worth, thinking and being disappointed of not able to keep it in our life. We need to understand that its okay to lose something or someone that once meant a lot. You can’t finish reading a book if you just stick on to your favorite chapter.

Brain being the strongest has a number of doors… You can open the overthinking door and ruin the situation or the door where in you can come out of the situation without being affected…. Its just about knocking the right door.. Sometimes its okay to let out what you feel without the fear of losing something or someone.. If you lose it so easily, it wasn’t ever yours..!!!

The definition of love, being together & being committed has changed over the period. Now a days everyone is out there at their best.

Being in a relation and knowing that it has no future is the most heart breaking scenario. You both know you love each other, can’t do without each other yet the future isnt in your favor.

The dilemma is whether to spend as much time as possible or to just end the relation when you know there is a dead end ahead.

At 1st instinct you tend to decide to continue it… Just postponing the pain you’ll have to go through. Its not the pain you actually are running away from. It’s just a fact that you won’t being seeing each other or talking to each other, which was suppose to be the daily routine. We are just scared to take a step towards a change.

The thing we forget is that its going to end… Now Or Later… !!

The longer we hold on, the worst the situation will become.

Being in love is the most beautiful feeling.. But riding on a road at the maximum speed knowing that it has a dead end ahead isn’t love. Its just the fear to let go an addiction and take few steps towards a change.
